Today, Airbnb reveals the most popular domestic and international destinations to visit over the autumn period, as well as the most hospitable South African towns that are perfect for an Easter getaway.

When it comes to staycations, city visits and seaside stays are top of South Africans’ priorities. The most popular domestic destinations for travellers in South Africa to visit this Easter include the cities of Cape Town and Durban, and the picturesque Dolphin Coast.

International travel is on the rise 

Excitement about international travel also continues to grow, with guests showing increased interest in city travel.
