In the spirit of the festive season Ormonde released their long-awaited

Méthode Cap Classique.

This 100% Pinot Noir bubbly made with slow ripened berries for optimum flavour components, from vines cooled down at night by the Atlantic Ocean breeze from the coast nearby will refresh the palate and entertain the senses.

The glistening colour of pale peach is the result of short, gentle skin contact, the beauty of this subtle colour makes this a product of elegance.

Lees contact for the past six years has developed inviting flavors of apricot stone fruit, ginger biscuit, and crusty fresh baked bread.

But it is the fine concentration of tight knit bubbles that reveals the special care taken to produce this refined product of mellow smoothness creating a celebration in the glass.

Ormonde Méthode Cap Classique in creamy Brut style can be served as an apéritif, as an addition to a fruity refreshing dessert or shared in honour of a special occasion.   

With only a limited number of bottles released, it is currently only available from the Estate’s tasting room in Darling.
