Over 20 local artists will once again breathe new life into old and neglected paintings sourced from TEARS second-hand stores. Starting from July 1st, the Noordhoek Art Point Gallery will be adorned with these reimagined artworks, inviting visitors to witness the magic of artistic reinvention. The exhibition serves as a prelude to the main event: the auction, which is scheduled for July 6th. “The highlight of RePAWposed is the auction, where attendees will have the opportunity to bid on their favourite pieces,” explains Kruger. “Proceeds from the auction will be donated to The Emma Animal Rescue Society (TEARS), a leading organization dedicated to rescuing and caring for animals in need. Last year, RePAWposed raised over R40,000.00 for TEARS, and this year, we aim to surpass that milestone with your support.”
