As we entered the reception area, Jowene (Jo) continued the personalised welcome, and we were treated to champagne and warm towels, offering a refreshing start to our stay. The professionalism and warmth of the staff left a lasting impression on us.

Escorted by Unati, we were led to our Helene Suite, where we were left in awe. The attention to detail in the suite was exceptional. From the modern overbed fan to the well-stocked mini bar, every aspect of the room exuded luxury. The spacious bathroom, large TV, and breathtaking views of the vineyards completed the picture of perfection. The Helene suite, in the Manor House has been recently renovated.

Dinner at La Petite Ferme was a culinary journey that surpassed all expectations  The cosy ambiance, complemented by freestanding fireplaces, provided a perfect setting for an intimate evening. The menu was a testament to the creativity of the kitchen team, who blended flavours, ingredients, and textures to create unforgettable dishes.
Our three-course meal featured starters that included a standout Curry Beef Samosa and a Crispy Squid dish that was a work of art. A palate-cleansing Paw Paw Sorbet prepared us for the mains, where the Venison and Karoo Lamb dishes showcased the finest local ingredients. Desserts, including the Cape Brandy Pudding and Chocolate Cake, were the perfect sweet endings to a memorable meal.
The wine selection, expertly recommended by our waiter Augustine, perfectly complemented our dishes. The La Petite Ferme Winemakers Edition Variation 2018 was a standout choice, enhancing the flavours of our meal.
