An authentic safari experience at Mont Eco Game reserve just 30 minutes from Montagu and only 2 hours 45 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
Your safari guide will take you on a journey sharing local stories and facts about Mont Eco and its natural Karoo environment. Mont Eco is situated on 6500 hectares of karoo wilderness that is home to Africa’s BIG 5.
Guests are hosted by experienced game rangers and field guides who conduct exclusive vehicle safaris. You will experience the unique environment and the privilege to encounter some of our indigenous African animals in their wild environment.
Duration of game drives and departure times are approximate and dependent on the interaction of the guests with the ranger and the sightings of animals.
Our day Safari departs from the Mont Eco main gate where you can park your car safely.
Embark on a memorable safari on an 8-seater safari vehicle. Special arrangements can be made to collect and drop off at your hotel/guest house/accommodation in Montagu.
For transfers to and from Montagu, add R1,450 pp minimum 2 persons. Please bring a hat and a warm jacket.
