Reunion offers a rich contrast between its west coast, a land of light and indelible memories, and its mountainous highlands, where nature reigns unspoiled. On the coast, the gentle pace of life, colors and smells intoxicate the visitor, while the Highlands invite adventure in wild landscapes where man is only a guest. This unique island offers a wide range of experiences, enabling visitors to enjoy the sea as well as the mountains, and to push back their limits in contact with exceptional nature.

Reunion Island is also an opportunity to make your childhood dreams come true. Renowned for the richness of its marine fauna, the West Coast has several spots where you can observe whales (from July to October) and dolphins (all year round) and have the chance to swim among them. A small community of dolphins has even taken up residence in Saint-Paul Bay, just a few hundred meters from the shore. Once you’re fully equipped, it’s time to dive! Underwater, a whole new world awaits you. Defying the crystalline waves, whales and dolphins come to meet you and offer you a privileged underwater dance. The world of silence is aptly named, as the shrill songs of the cetaceans are as surprising as they are deafening. Back on dry land, you’ll never look at the ocean in the same way again!
